LGI creates interiors that define the new while redefining the old as it relates to art, architecture, textiles, and found objects sourced near and far. These elements are expressed in spaces that are colorful, fresh, inviting, a little cheeky, and constantly push the envelope of “Western Design.”

Lauren Griffith

Lauren Griffith opened the doors of Lauren Griffith Interiors (LGI) in 2014, after over a decade of experience working with top firms in Wyoming and Colorado. Since day one, she’s been creating residential and commercial environments that reflect her high-country modern style. It’s a streamlined sensibility she infuses with one-of-a-kind interiors that emanate warmth, light, comfort, and life.

Traveling near and far, while growing up in wide-open Wyoming, Lauren took in the splendor of the uninterrupted landscapes and authenticity of the American West and its people. Then Lauren traveled abroad and took in the beauty of architecture and built environments around the globe. Not only did those experiences contribute to Lauren’s design aesthetic but formed her belief that the most awe-inspiring places leave us with a sense of wonder and a feeling that all is right in the world. Today, designing environments for clients that embody that ideal is a great motivator for Lauren and her team at LGI.

Lauren resides in Casper, Wyoming with her two daughters and pup, Stevie. When not in the office, she is found traveling, entertaining, and exploring the back roads, wilderness, and dive bars of Wyoming.

BETHANY CISNEROS

With an uncanny ability to meet strict deadlines, handle outrageous volumes of work and decipher the world of office practices and procedures, Bethany Cisneros is not simply our Design Assistant. She’s also our go-to person for getting things done and keeping them organized. The fact that Bethany has a great eye makes her vital to LGI, and how she does everything with great humor makes her insanely appreciated.

Procurement? Contacting reps? Keeping our showroom (and Lauren!) in tip-top shape? Bethany’s behind them all. So if you ever run into Bethany (maybe at one of her favorite fishing spots), feel free to express awe at her remarkable gifts. We do it all the time.

ANDREA HARO

Our resident project taskmaster goes by the name of Andrea, but you may not know it because she’s also a quiet observer who notes every detail– just one thing that makes her such a talented designer. As LGI’s Associate Designer, Andrea’s background in commercial design serves us incredibly well, and her efficiency with project documentation, tracking and follow-up through completion is extraordinary. With her solid understanding of design software, Andrea is a happy addition to our small but mighty team.

You can often find her stomping through the wonderful Wyoming wilderness with her husband and two little kids (one might even be on her back).

JIM MACKEARNEY

Around LGI, we affectionately describe Jim MacKearney as our in-house techno nerd and jokester. But those terms in no way de-emphasize the other ways we describe Jim: talented, driven, and insightful. You'll find Jim’s gifted hand behind all of LGI’s 3D environments, modeling, blueprints, and floorplans. He always understands and skillfully applies the latest technology, and it’s Jim who has the extraordinary capacity to create striking visuals by grasping what our clients have in their minds.
